      This presentation will define the manner by which Lean Thinking is applied to information processes. A thorough review will be conducted of the “future state” questions that are part of the value stream mapping tool, and how they are used to design lean business processes. The future state questions embody Lean Thinking, and its key concepts of value, flow, pull and leveling.
