      The Endowment Development Workshop will show how operating a successful YMCA means nurturing the healthy development of children and teens, strengthening families and making communities healthier and safer. It also means making sure this important work will continue for years and generations to come. An endowment fund supports a Y’s annual budget, giving it the flexibility to create new programs that respond to a community’s ever changing needs. And, it gives the Y a safety net for crises or tough economic times the future may bring.
