      Our Speakers: Jeff Payne is the President and General Manager of Springfield ReManufacturing Corporation’s Heavy Duty Division in Springfield, Missouri. Jeff joined Springfield ReManufacturing Corporation (SRC) in 1991. As an employee of SRC, Jeff has worked at many of their 22 subsidiaries in a variety of positions ranging from sales to operations. Jeff also serves on the Board of Directors for The Great Game of Business (GGOB) and enjoys assisting companies to acquire the knowledge and processes to improve their operating performance. Phil Overstreet is the production / Kaizen manager of Springfield ReManufacturing Corporation’s Heavy Duty Division in Springfield, Missouri. Phil joined SRC in 2001 after stints with two large corporations.
