This presentation will equip the attendee with specific verbal responses when confronting 21 types of resistance while playing the Game. Some of the resistance may sound like this, “Why would I want to be an owner…I just want a job? Or “I don’t want to make a difference, I just want a paycheck” and “We do not need more goals around here, just people to get the work done”. Dr. LeMon will analyze these “killer phrases” and then provide both the structure and content of a positive statement that will get everyone back into The Game.
