    Our Speaker: Jim McIngvale and his wife Linda are co-owners of Gallery Furniture in Houston, Texas. “Mattress Mack”, as he is known throughout Texas, started Gallery furniture in 1981. The success of Gallery Furniture is truly embodied by Mack’s strong commitment to hard work, customer service and grassroots marketing.
    A combination of his extensive philanthropy, daily speaking engagements, and his television commercials for Gallery Furniture have made him one of the most respected and recognizable people in Houston. In addition to his busy schedule at Gallery Furniture, Mack donates a substantial amount of his time to the Houston community that has treated him so well over the years. On November 10th, 2000, he received the Congressional Medal of Honor Society’s prestigious Patriots’ Award in recognition of outstanding community service.
