Jeff Payne

      Jeff will bring his working knowledge of the SRC bonus system as well as insight from many client companies he served during his four year stint as the president of The Great Game of Business to help session attendees learn the strategies - from concept to completion - for a successful bonus program. This interactive session is designed to answer the many questions attendees have regarding program design and most importantly how to communicate, drive program performance through games and celebrate the wins.
      Our Facilitator: Jeff Payne is the president and general manager of Springfield ReManufacturing Corporation's Heavy Duty Division in Springfield, Missouri. Jeff joined Springfield ReManufacturing Corporation (SRC) in 1991. As an employee of SRC, Jeff has worked at many of the company's 22 subsidiaries in a variety of positions ranging from sales to operations. Jeff also serves on the Board of Directors for The Great Game of Business (GGOB) and enjoys assisting companies to acquire the knowledge and processes to improve their operating performance. www.srgeman.com
