Andrew Schlafly / Rep. Jane Cunningham

      Andrew Schlafly graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was on the Harvard Law Review, and he clerked for a federal appellate judge in D.C. He has an engineering degree ftom Princeton University. He is General Counsel for the oldest active conservative organization, the Association of American Physicians & Surgeons (founded in 1943). Mr. Schlafly ftequently files conservative briefs with the U.S. Supreme Court and appellate courts, and has also won a federal jury trial. In education, he has personally taught 120 homeschool teenagers in a series of eight courses, and also taught at a law school. As a volunteer he taught six online courses on Eagle Forum University (www.eagleforumu.org). where over 6400 students are registered. Mr. Schlafly publishes and speaks widely. He is a frequent contributor to www.conservapedia.com a free online conservative encyclopedia that we can all use and build.

      Rep. Jane Cunningham represents Chesterfield in West St. Louis County (District 86) in the Missouri House of Representatives. She has a B.S. in business administration with an emphasis in economics and marketing from Florida State University. Rep Cunningham was elected vice president of the incoming forty-member 2001 Freshman Legislative Class and is Chairman of the House Education Committee, Chairman of the Education Task Force, and a Board of Directors officer of the American Legislative Exchange Council, the largest voluntary organization of legislators and business leaders in the nation. Rep. Cunningham is in line to be the National Chairman of this organization in 2009. She won the 2006 St. Louis Business Journal Legislator of the Year Award and the 2006 national Leaders in Learning Award presented by Cable in the Classroom for innovative work in education policy.
      Rep. Cunningham is also the marketing director for England & Company Case Management, Inc., a medical and vocational rehabilitation company in St. Louis. Formerly she was a media and public relations assistant for John Danforth's Attorney General campaign, and a legislative assistant for U.S. Congressman Silvio Conte in Washington, D.C. In 1992 she was a delegate to the 1992 Republican National Convention and served on the National Platform Committee, serving with John Ashcroft. She was elected to the Ladue Board of Education (1989-1992) and is or has been a member of the following organizations: Board of Directors, Missouri (Governor's) Mansion Preservation, Inc. (1987-1993); cofounder and president of Mid-County Teen Advocacy Council (MCT AC), a community effort to provide drug and alcohol free activities for teens (1989-1995); the Chesterfield and Town and Country Chambers of Commerce; and the Kirk of the Hills Presbyterian Church. Rep. Cunningham is married to Gary Cunningham, Deputy Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, a Presidential appointee. They have two grown sons, Bret, a senior manager at Dell Computer in Austin, Texas and Scott, a Navy officer in flight training.
